About the JobAs a Pediatric Home Care LPN/RN, you will provide high-quality care to a 14-year-old male in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled pediatric home care services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the patient's family and healthcare team
