About the RoleThe successful candidate will work as an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, examining and treating patients to ensure continuity of care. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of each patient, including their medical history, allergies, psycho-social problems, medications, and current living arrangements.
- Reviewing abnormal lab values and planning appropriate treatment or disposition in collaboration with the primary physician.
