Job SummaryThis full-time Registered Nurse position involves floating between various units, allowing you to gain diverse experience and skills. You will have the autonomy to provide high-quality patient care while working as part of a dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care in multiple units, including Intensive Care and Surgical departments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or eligibility for multi-state licensure
- Experience in critical care settings or related fields
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development
