• Utilize industrial sewing equipment and marine-grade materials to support overall company goals.
• Develop and optimize existing fabric constructions to meet various product requirements.
• Collaborate with different teams for product design and development.
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Monitor and improve quality control processes.
• Develop and implement cost-saving ideas.

• 5+ years of experience in sewing.
• Proficiency in sewing.
• Familiarity with using a Juki Sewing Machine DDL-8700 Model.
• Fluency in English, bilingual is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
