Pilot Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Subway Sandwich Artist. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and clean service to our guests, while maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guests with fast, friendly, and clean service
• Maintain inventory and manage food preparation safely
• Ensure top-notch quality in all our food products
• Operate cash registers and maintain accurate sales transactions
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant

Requirements

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
