Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in a fast-paced medical environment. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with interventional procedures, operating imaging equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with interventional procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray and fluoroscopy machines
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide emergency care as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography
  • 2+ years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
