About the Role:

As a member of the J&J Worldwide Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This includes a range of tasks such as:

  • Providing daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building.
  • Stocking bathrooms with essential supplies.
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas.
  • Dusting furniture, walls, and equipment, including rearranging furniture as needed.
  • Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using specialized cleaners and equipment.
  • Ensuring that cleaning supplies are stored safely and securely.
  • Completing a detailed cleaning checklist for each designated area.
  • Following standardized cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Using chemical cleaners and power equipment safely and effectively.
  • Attending regular staff meetings and in-service training sessions.
  • Following established work routines and standards.
  • Solving straightforward problems using established procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting heavy loads.
  • Strong communication skills for exchanging information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
