Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests, adhering to our brand standards and food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following established brand standards and recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and reach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
