Procurement and Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator III to join our Professional Placement Source team in Los Angeles, California.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the administration of commercial/government contracts. Experience in alternative project delivery methods, including Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), is highly desirable.
The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with all contractual terms and conditions. This includes administering contracts, preparing correspondence, and facilitating the merit process of change claims made by contractors.
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related field
- 10+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a construction environment
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
