Job Title: Advanced Nurse Director

Chestnut Hill is seeking an Experienced RN to train as a Director in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the DNS to improve patient care and services.
  • Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the DNS.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs.
  • Maintain a budget and supervise staff.
  • Develop reports for licensing and accreditors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital or nursing care facility.
  • 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices.
