Job Title: Director, Information Technology

Pharmaceutics International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our IT team and drive the development of our technology infrastructure.

Job Summary:

The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and implementation of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and security solutions. This role will require a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and security solutions
  • Manage and oversee the IT team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a strong background in infrastructure, security, and networking
  • Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and implementing large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
  • Certifications in IT leadership, security, or networking
