CNC Press Brake Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team at BD Holt Company. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating CNC press brakes to produce high-quality sheet metal products.

• Operate CNC press brakes to produce sheet metal products with tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to program the press brake.
• Perform routine maintenance on the press brake and other manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure high-quality products and meet production goals.
• Learn and perform setup and operation of plasma and oxy CNC cut machines.
• Model and promote the company's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes.
• Work safely and adhere to all applicable safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience operating CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and precision-measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required.

• Regularly works indoors around moving mechanical parts.
• May be exposed to temperature extremes, heat, cold, and humidity.
• Requires wearing proper protective and safety equipment (PPE).
