Rebar Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Rebar Fabricator to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Rebar Fabricator, you will be responsible for operating production machines, loading and unloading stock material, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Operate rebar fabrication equipment, including shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, and welders
• Load and unload stock material from trailers
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture
• Cross-train on multiple machines

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Able and willing to cross-train as required
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations
• Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision
• Able to work overtime as business requires
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, and work outside under all weather conditions when needed
