Night Auditor

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Night Audit procedures, including balancing the day's work and running reports as required.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
• Maintain cashiering responsibilities as per Front Office procedures.
• Ensure all areas are locked and secured during the overnight shift.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
• Run morning reports according to Aimbridge Hospitality procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
• College course work in a related field is helpful.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles is required.
