Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport ingredients from preparation areas to the production line.
  • Measure and portion frozen or warm ingredients at required speeds.
  • Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
  • Identify and separate sub-standard products.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and USDA regulations.
  • Document and verify various processes in dough production, including sanitation and ingredient weight.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, sanitation protocols, and HACCP procedures.
  • Meet Catering Operations HACCP requirements.
  • Accurately weigh ingredients within a 1-gram tolerance to minimize waste.
  • Transport ingredients efficiently from prep areas to production lines.
Qualifications:
  • No written termination warnings within the last 6 months.
  • Continental Airlines employees must maintain 2.5 points or more.
  • Chelsea Food Services employees must have 4.5 points or less.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment consistently during shifts (38 degrees).
