We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team at Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service calls, customer interactions, and dispatching technicians to provide on-site support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Dispatch technicians to service calls and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Utilize dispatch software to track service calls, technician routes, and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician routes, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
