Job Title: Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Allied 24/7. As a travel radiologic technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for performing mammography procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a 12-week assignment, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammography procedures, including breast imaging and biopsy
  • Maintain equipment, including mammography machines and related accessories
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, (M) Mammography preferred
  • Licensed technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
