Job Opportunity: Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at DiningRD. As a part-time consultant, you will work with skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health settings.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for completing MDS assessments, Section K, CAA documentation for residents at high risk for nutritional problems.
  • You will participate in the care planning process and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • You will oversee the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

Requirements:

  • Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
  • Licensed (if required by State).
  • At least 2 years of consulting/long term care experience is preferred but not necessary.
