• **Maintain Professional Standards**: Uphold the highest standards of conduct and public decorum, including dress and appearance.
• **Independent Work**: Work and travel independently, providing own transportation and making arrangements for base access.
• **Facility Management**: Ensure the facility is cleaned and secured after each service rendered.
• **Professional Relationships**: Maintain professional interpersonal relationships with employees, contractors, customers, and senior leadership, emphasizing customer service at all times.

• **Language Proficiency**: Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
• **Education and Experience**: Meet educational requirements equivalent to Air Force chaplains, with approval from the religious body.
• **Good Standing**: Be in good standing with the home diocese or the superior of the religious order.
• **Administrative Skills**: Possess the ability to administer documentation of services performed and timely rendering of payment.
