Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at LaborMax Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sawmill machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
\u2022 Troubleshoot and service mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
\u2022 Operate rigging equipment and use dollies to place heavy machinery and parts
\u2022 Maintain and set up machinery to maximize uptime
\u2022 Complete work orders in a timely manner
\u2022 Utilize equipment manuals and schematic drawings to fabricate and repair equipment

Requirements:

\u2022 Proven knowledge of power transmission machinery/parts, including gear boxes, chains, and bearings
\u2022 Ability to work in a stationary position for extended periods
\u2022 Ability to move and maneuver lumber weighing up to 51 lbs
\u2022 Ability to pay attention to detail, multitask, and work in a team environment
