Position: Registered Dietitian As a Registered Dietitian, you will cultivate meaningful connections with patients and their families, delivering essential dietary guidance and support. Your key responsibilities will encompass conducting patient evaluations, formulating personalized nutrition plans, and providing continuous assistance throughout their care journey. This is a part-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' nutritional needs.
- Design and implement tailored dietary plans to enhance patient health.
- Offer ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and families.
- Credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Valid state licensure (if applicable).
- At least one (1) year of professional experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
- Experience in nutrition for patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) is preferred.
