Job Description

**About the Role**

Union Savings Bank is seeking a skilled Trust Portfolio Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our investment management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies for personal trust and investment management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with trust officers to analyze client needs and develop tailored investment strategies.
  • Construct and manage portfolios aligned with client objectives, ensuring compliance with governing documents, department guidelines, and fiduciary standards.
  • Communicate with clients and trust officers regarding account performance, changes, and market updates.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately $130 million in assets, including asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, and investment research.
  • Partner with trust officers to enhance the client experience and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in investment management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • CFP or CFA designation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Series 7 Broker license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong understanding of investment principles, portfolio management strategies, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with trust officers and other professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, investment software, and other relevant tools.
