Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Northwest Florida Community Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographs and other diagnostic images
  • Position patients for imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Develop and maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Perform routine maintenance on radiologic equipment and report any issues to management
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in radiologic technology from an accredited program
  • Valid state Radiologic Technologist license and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification
  • 1+ year of experience in a radiologic technology setting, with preference given to those with trauma, fluoroscopy, and surgery experience
