  • Operate weigh count scales for product measurement.
  • Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Test products to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
  • Measure dimensions of extruded tubing for accuracy.
  • Conduct visual inspections of extruded products.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess legible handwriting.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical device or component manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Hand dexterity is essential for assembling small components.
  • Good eye-hand coordination is necessary.
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as pin gauges, rulers, tape measures, and calipers.
  • Capability to meet established production targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records.
Physical Requirements

This position involves continual lifting of up to 50 lbs, gripping, turning, and requires finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination throughout the shift. Candidates should be prepared for long hours, primarily standing, with occasional opportunities to sit.

Work Environment

Employees may experience exposure to noise and are required to wear protective eyewear. Safety equipment is provided, and while hearing protection is optional, it is available for use. The work environment includes manufacturing, warehouse, and clean room settings.
