Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for the Assistant Boys Wrestling Coach position, applicants must possess a current coaching license from the State of Iowa and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality is also essential.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will be required to attend regular team meetings, participate in fundraising activities, and contribute to maintaining a positive team culture.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
