Job Summary:
The Service Desk Analyst plays a vital role in the IT team at C4 Technical Services. The primary responsibility is to provide first-level technical support for all supported applications, ensuring seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user inquiries regarding incidents with applications, networks, platforms, and servers.
• Provide technical support via phone to customers on effective use of technologies, including computer, mobility, voice, network connectivity, and various software.
• Document all work completed into call-tracking and incident management systems.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with LAN or WAN networking.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS.
• Computer hardware components, systems, and peripherals.
• PC support background and experience working in a call center / phone support environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
