Hospice Care Provider

Hospice Of Hope, Inc is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide end-of-life nursing care to individuals and families in the inpatient setting.
CompensationThe annual salary for this role is approximately $63,000, which includes regular pay and a 5% retirement match. Additionally, the company offers a robust benefit package including vacation, sick and holiday pay.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN with Hospice Of Hope, Inc, you will work three 12-hour shifts per week, including regularly scheduled weekends, providing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and dignity of our patients during their final stages of life.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Current LPN licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio and Kentucky
- At least one year of experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility preferred
We are looking for individuals who possess empathy, responsibility, and dependability. You must demonstrate effective communication skills with team members, clients, and family members, as well as be able to arrange travel and access facilities independently.
