Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team as a Resident Care Manager/ADON. In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in orienting and training nursing staff, supervising health center programs and services, and developing educational programs for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in orienting and training nursing staff
  • Supervise health center programs and services
  • Develop and implement educational programs for residents
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident needs are met
  • Ensure residents reach their highest level of health and quality of life

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university
  • MDS Certification is helpful
  • Previous ADON experience is preferred
  • Previous assessment experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred
  • Understanding of state, federal and local regulations in relation to long term care and skilled nursing requirements
