About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology team as a Clinic Resource Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Gastroenterology Division in providing efficient patient care delivery, effective communication, and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Safety team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing gastrointestinal procedures and treatments.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in gastroenterology or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Strong understanding of gastrointestinal conditions, procedures, and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
