Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Kelly. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of stocked and delivered inventory by pulling material from bins, loading material onto trucks, and placing new material arrivals into bins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and business processes.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
