About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
  • Maintain and repair restaurant equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and lighting systems.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
