Meat Cutter Specialist

Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly, a 100% employee-owned grocery chain with 10 locations in Southeastern Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Top Workplace award winner, we prioritize employee satisfaction and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Unpack, cut, trim, package, grind, and process meats to meet department requirements.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with customers.
3. Meet and maintain personal and department health and sanitary practices to protect public health.
4. Operate department equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Work in a physical environment with continuous exposure to cold, damp, and wet conditions.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in meat cutting operations or willingness to undergo Fox Bros. apprenticeship.
2. Able to work with meat and fish products.
3. Ability to meet physical demands and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficient in operating standard department equipment, including saws, grinders, tenderizers, and sanitizing equipment.
