Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse range of employment litigation cases, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage disputes.
2. Efficiently respond to legal pleadings and oversee the discovery process.

Qualifications:

5. Strong background in drafting and revising employee handbooks.
6. Experience in arguing motions in both state and federal courts.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment law.
8. Excellent writing and analytical skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
