CT Technologist Job Description

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient CT Imaging: Screen patients for any precautions or contradictions, explain procedures, and position patients for scanning.
  • Scanning Procedures: Perform routine and advanced scanning procedures on designated portions of the body, utilizing dose reduction techniques as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment in good working order, clean and disinfect after each use, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Scanning Department Support: Assist with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual, monitor medical supply inventory, and request supplies as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training new associates, providing resource and technical expertise as applicable.

Requirements: Part-time position, 36 hours per week, varied hours and shifts Monday - Friday. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently required.
