About the Role

This Speech Therapist position is responsible for evaluating, assessing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs
  • Provide therapy services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
  • Valid professional SLP license in the state of practice
  • Experience working with patients with communication and swallowing disorders
