Job Summary:

As a Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone - 1018, you will be the face of our brand and the leader within your studio. This role requires you to assist all members and guests as needed, establish a relationship to support member growth and retention, and manage a successful studio. The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. Your primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio and hold the Sales Associate to the same standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to your studio's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
  • Lead and coach your Sales Associates and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals.
  • Drive member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting and guiding your team daily.
  • Track KPIs to understand how your studio is performing and assist the General Manager in understanding and tracking all key sales metrics.
  • Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve you and your Sales Associate's sales skills.
  • Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all members and team members.
  • Ensure operational excellence.

  • A goal setter who can assist the General Manager in setting and attaining all goals.
  • A smart and savvy individual who can track studio performance and run all reports with a deep understanding of the driving factors that affect your studio.
  • A customer service master who can connect with everyone and make them feel valued and supported.
  • A great team player who can support the needs of their staff while communicating daily with the General Manager and Franchisee.
