Job Summary

Precision NDT LLC is seeking a skilled Precision Painter to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying industrial coatings to fabricated metal products, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate blast pot and nozzle equipment for pre-painting activities.
  • Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products, utilizing instrumentation to measure painting parameters.
  • Utilize a brush to coat areas as necessary, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and HazMat Procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance of equipment and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and be on feet for prolonged periods.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a basic physical with a physician and a Pulmonary Fit Test for respirator wear.
