Accounting Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Randstad. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department in various clerical tasks to support financial transactions, record-keeping, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain electronic records
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor statements
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Handle filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as required
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Experience with general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
