Compensation:
FUCHS presents competitive remuneration based on your experience in a comparable role. The salary range for this position is $18 - $19 per hour, though actual pay will differ based on the new hire's background and qualifications as well as internal equity considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Conduct final inspections and dock checks on all outgoing customer orders.
  • Receive and appropriately store finished goods and raw materials in accordance with company standards.
  • Facilitate the electronic transfer and adjustment of materials between facilities.
  • Maintain adherence to inventory management protocols and established best practices.
  • Perform general upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of experience in shipping or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Forklift operator's license is required or must be in the process of obtaining.
  • Completion of Hazardous Material Training is necessary.
