Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administer immunizations and provide counseling to patients on health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Maintain confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation.
  • Drive sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
  • Model and enforce proper Member service approaches and techniques to ensure Member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of community outreach programs and encourage Associates to serve as good members of the community.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates in assigned areas.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
