About the JobThis part-time position offers flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and a great work-life balance. As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in home health care, working closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support.
Responsibilities- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
