Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Summary
eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team as a Travel LPN - Rehab. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across the country, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an LPN.
- CPR/BCLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Minimum six months' experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a rehabilitation environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
