Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Accountant at Global Dynamic Consulting, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:
  • Create Cost Plus/Milestone/T&M/Fixed Price billings
  • Submit invoices to customers via email, WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow), or any other customer portal
  • Participate in new project set up meetings to ensure project setup optimizes accounting software capabilities for project revenue and billing
  • Maintain/Analyze unbilled receivables and revenue
  • Research and correct any billing issues with their project invoices
  • Prepare contract closeout and final invoice, verify and confirm any de-obligation requests
  • Prepare monthly Project Status Report from Costpoint to the Project Managers and Senior Service Delivery VP's
  • Review contracts and extract financial and billing information
  • Review detailed costs to ensure accuracy in coding
  • Develop and monitor project forecast
  • Support PM and Service Delivery VPs
  • Prepare and review contract funding modifications

Requirements
You must have 3+ years of experience in the government contracting industry, specifically with Costpoint experience in the Project and Billing modules. Additionally, you should have experience with CPFF, FFP, and T&M invoicing, as well as advanced Excel skills. The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
