Job Summary

As a Sales Floor Associate at Walmart, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing customer orders, locating and selecting merchandise on the sales floor
  • Ensuring customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently
  • Smiling, greeting, and thanking customers with a positive attitude
  • Dispensing customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Walking up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
  • Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
  • Working with multiple supervisors and fellow associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participating in performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet
