Pediatric Hospitalist Physician Opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas

Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a half-time (.50 FTE) inpatient pediatric hospitalist physician to join our hospitalist group.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled pediatric hospitalist physician to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our hospitalist group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient care to pediatric patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in bedside teaching and education of medical students and residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required
- Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics
- Board certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start date)
- American Heart Association BLS Certified
