As an LPN, your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional patient care, aiding with daily living activities, and working closely with the healthcare team to promote the health and comfort of residents in a long-term care environment.
This position offers a remarkable opportunity for an LPN seeking a rewarding and stable contract role within a nurturing and professional setting.
Available shifts include one day shift and two evening shifts, with guaranteed 40-hour work weeks.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to create and execute personalized care plans.
- Ensure resident safety and comfort by following established nursing standards and protocols.
- Monitor and communicate changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Accurately document patient care in accordance with facility policies.
- Provide emotional support and educational resources to residents and their families.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Exhibit a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Must demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
