$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Appraiser to join our team, where you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing residential and commercial appraisal reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Your expertise in appraisal regulations and ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and upper management will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

• Key Accountabilities:
• Analyze and review residential and commercial appraisal reports for compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure seamless customer service
• Stay current on appraisal regulations and industry developments
• Provide coaching and training to colleagues to improve their appraisal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in appraising
• Strong analytical and communication skills
