SUMMARY:
In this role, you will operate under direct supervision to develop, modify, and enhance CNC programming for the fabrication of intricate mechanical components utilizing 3 and 5 axis CNC machinery. Your responsibilities will include crafting complex programming solutions for milling, drilling, boring, and tapping operations specifically for aerospace components, while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols associated with machinery and the workplace.
The CNC Machining Specialist will be expected to articulate their role within the Quality Management System (QMS) and understand how their contributions impact overall product quality. Adherence to product conformity and safety standards will be integral to your daily responsibilities, as outlined in job travelers and the Injury and Illness Prevention Program Handbook. Ethical conduct in alignment with company policies and procedures is also a critical expectation.

Position Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in CATIA programming is essential.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

- Strong understanding of both standard and metric measurement systems.
- Attention to detail and self-confidence are crucial attributes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Program Management, Production, and Quality departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain CNC programs in accordance with the latest print/model revisions.
