Job Overview

Lighthouse Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical construction operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects to ensure on-time completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including estimating, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including financial updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical construction operations management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Accubid.
