- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
